Free tracked shipping is included on every order. We combine clear tracking, careful packaging and reliable carriers to deliver your purchase to your door.

1. Tracking and assurance

Your tracking number and photos of your actual item will be sent directly to your email. You can follow your parcel from dispatch to delivery. Confirmed lost parcels are resent at no extra cost.

2. Dispatch and delivery

• Dispatch: within 2–3 days.
• Estimated delivery: 7–19 days.

Delivery times may vary by destination, carrier and route. Customs clearance delays or extreme weather may affect delivery times.

Please check that your delivery address and ZIP / postal code are correct before ordering. Incorrect information may cause delays or additional delivery charges.

3. Shipping partners

We ship with USPS, EMS or DHL. The final carrier is selected based on your destination and the available route.

4. Delivery support

For failed deliveries, lost packages or damaged items, contact our team for free reshipment or free return support. Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery.
